Today, I went Boustan in Valleyfield and had the Fattoush bowl, which was amazingly fresh, flavorful, and healthy. The restaurant was extremely clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. I was served by the lady owner, who was incredibly kind, humble, and attentive. Her warm personality and genuine customer care made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the food, service, and cleanliness were all exceptional. I absolutely loved my visit and will gladly return again.

I recently dined at Boustan, and it was an absolute delight! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with authentic decor that made me feel really good. The food was phenomenal—every dish was bursting with flavour, from the hummus and falafel to the succulent shawarma. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive making sure we felt welcoming and taken care of.

Amazing Food & Service at Boustan! I live in St-Zotique near Valleyfield and visited Boustan with three friends. We all ordered the Sunday Special with avocado salad — the meat was juicy, the Boost sauce was incredible, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. A big thank you to Naila, who welcomed us warmly and explained the menu with a smile. Her colleague was also very kind and provided great service. The restaurant was super clean and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend Boustan to anyone looking for healthy, tasty food at a fair price. We'll definitely be back!

We ordered two Boîte Boustan and a big bowl mix, and from the very first bite, I knew this was something special. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious—the kind of food that instantly makes you feel happy and satisfied. The presentation was beautiful, and every detail showed how much care they put into their food. The service was just as impressive. The couple who served us were not only extremely friendly but also went above and beyond to explain the menu and make sure we got exactly what we were craving. Their hospitality made us feel welcome like family. And I have to mention the cleanliness—spotless from top to bottom. Even the washrooms were immaculate, which is rare to find and truly appreciated. Much better than what you’d expect at most restaurants or fast-food chains. Overall, this was more than just a meal—it was a memorable experience.
